Our five-day training course leads you into work as a dairy assistant. We train you in the basic skills needed on a dairy farm and then we match you with an employer. Our primary goal is to get you into employment.

Why choose dairy as a career?

There are currently thousands of dairy roles right now in New Zealand and with a starting salary of 47K – 50K plus accommodation per annum, it’s a no brainer.

Once you begin your dairy career progression is fast. Start work as a dairy assistant, you could be second-in-charge in two to three years and the manager in five years.  We want to help you get there by providing training and then employment once you have completed that training.
