Many businesses have times of the year where they may wish to deploy staff into mechanical servicing or minor repairs. Of course, you wouldn’t expect them to service your 200K tractor, but you may get them to change the bearings on the calf trailer or do some minor welding repairs.
Our workshop skills course is designed to equip students with basic knowledge and skills to make basic repairs to farm equipment and undertake minor maintenance jobs while on farm. On completion of the course, participants will be multi-skilled and able to perform routine maintenance.
There are no entry requirements or experience needed for this course.
